  • A three-night minimum is required for summer, fall, and holiday reservations.
  • Check-in: after 3:00pm. Please no early arrivals.
  • Check-out: by 11:00am
  • All buildings are smoke-free. No pets allowed!
  • Reservations will be held with a valid VISA, MC, D or AMEX and paid deposit. Balance payable upon arrival by check, cash or credit card.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for each cabin reserved and is deducted from total amount due.
  • If reservation is booked within 48 hours of arrival, the total amount due will be charged on credit card at time of booking.
  • Maximum occupancy for each cabin/unit is located on our Rates page and is non-negotiable. The additional guest fee applies to 5+ years old.
  • Starting January 2019, check-in is unavailable on Sundays.
  • We are currently accepting week-long (Fri-Fri) and mid-week reservations (Mon-Fri) for summer 2019.
  • Starting April 1, 2019, we will begin booking 3-night summer weekend reservations. These reservations will be Fri-Mon.
  • Communication is encouraged!
  • The deposit of $100 is non-refundable upon cancellation.
  • No cancellations due to weather.
  • Within 30 days, one nightly rate charge required.
  • Within 14 days, half of the reservation charges required.
  • Within 7 days, full reservations charges required.
