RESERVATION INFORMATION:
  • Reservations of 4 nights and longer may be booked at anytime, restricted only by seniority. EXCEPTION: a seven night minimum is required from the end of June through August for Cabins 1, 3, 4 & 5
  • Summer/Fall/Winter reservations of less than 4 nights may be booked after April 15 of the reservation year. A three night minimum is required for summer, fall, Holiday and TriCabin reservations. Winter bookings require a minimum two night stay.
  • Reservations will be held with a valid VISA, MC, D or AMEX and paid deposit. Balance payable upon arrival by check, cash or credit card.
  • A non-refundable deposit/down payment of $100.00 is required for each cabin reserved.
  • Occupancy count includes each person staying in cabin. The additional guest fee applies to individuals 1yr+. Maximum occupancy is non-negotiable.
  • Check-in: after 3:00pm. Please no early arrivals.
  • Check-out: by 11:00am
  • All buildings are smoke- free.
    Sorry, no pets or snowmobiles
CANCELLATIONS:
  • Reservations booked prior to April 1 will incur a one night\'s charge if cancelled between 9-12 weeks of arrival. Within 9 weeks of arrival, a minimum (30%) to maximum (100%) charge of the full reservation will apply. If not yet paid, the non-refundable deposit will also be due.
  • All other reservations:
    - 5-8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of nightly rate and non-refundable deposit if not yet paid.
    - 2-4 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of nightly rate and non-refundable deposit if not paid.
    - 7-14 days prior to arrival - nightly rate and deposit.
    - Less than 7 days - full reservation charge.
  • Reservation changes may incur a penalty. Reducing the length of stay is considered a cancellation. Applicable fees will be due and deposit forfeited. A deposit will be required to reschedule.
